SHIPPING
HartRoks is based in Melbourne, Australia and we ship both within Australia and Internationally. We offer standard and express postage options.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on your purchase and shipping location.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days following your purchase. Australia Post delivers to all Metro cities (except Perth) within 2-3 days. Shipping to Perth Metro will take 4-6 days, and all other rural areas should receive their post between 5-7 days from dispatch. Please note, we cannot take responsibility if your postie takes his/her sweet ol' time getting it from us to you. If you have any questions about your items, please contact us and we'll get on the case!

International shipping time frames vary from country to country. If you have a query regarding shipping to your location, please contact us and we will provide you with an estimate shipping timing. All International shipping costs are automatically calculated upon check out (depending on your purchase and location). Please note, the shipping costs quoted on our website may not include additional taxes charged by your local postal system. HartRoks takes no responsibility for additional costs outside of the standard postage fees.

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. Please contact us if you have any issues with your tracking your order.
 
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
We accept payment via our secure website store. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Afterpay.
Please make sure you choose wisely as we will not refund your money due to change of mind. We will however accept exchanges, see below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each of our beautiful Roks are unique (just like you) and so they each have their own beautiful characteristics. No two Roks are the same, so please note that the appearance of each Rok can vary from the images on our website.
 
Should you change your mind within 7 days of purchasing the Rok, we will accept a return for an exchange. You will need to return the Rok to us with all it’s beautiful packaging (ensuring the Rok is in its original state) in order for us to issue you with a credit to spend at 'HartRoks' online store, or issue you with a new Rok of your choice.

You will need to cover all shipping costs to return your crystal to HartRoks. Please ensure you package your Rok well (it’s worth purchasing postage insurance at the post office too) as we cannot take responsibility if your return package is lost, or the Rok is damaged.
 
Please contact us using the online form on this website so that we can arrange this process with you. All credit notes have a 12 month validity. Any change of mind after 7 days will not be accepted.

PACKAGING
Because HartRoks make very Hart-felt gifts, each Rok comes beautifully packaged including a description of the purchased Rok, details on cleansing, charging and programming your HartRok. You will also receive a mini Rok and a Palo Santo cleansing stick.
So, if you've decided to give a HartRoks as a gift to someone (firstly, how thoughtful of you), then know that it will be sent looking oh so stunning!
We also offer the option to send your HartRok with a Hartfelt personal message. Simply enter your message at the checkout and we will ensure it's included in the package.
